Lift tile and set aside for reinstallation. Remove and dispose of wood batten sticks and other waste. Install black tile riser around perimeter. Install a single layer of Boral Ply 40 as underlayment, together with new wood battens. Reinstall existing tile, including additional tile sufficient to replace those broken or missing.

Install brown drip edge and black tile riser. Install Boral Ply 40 as underlayment and wood battens, together with tri-rib valley metal. Load and install flat concrete tile, with weatherblock at hip and ridge.

Lift tile and set aside for reinstallation. Remove waste from roof surfaces. Install brown drip edge, together with a single layer of Boral Ply 40 as underlayment and tri-rib valley metal. Reinstall 2-piece tile with mud-set, including additional tile sufficient to replace those broken or missing.

Pressure wash to remove dirt, debris and oxidation, then apply 2 coats of elastomeric acrylic roof coating.

Sweep and air blast capsheet roof system to remove dirt and debris. Install FHA eave metal, then spray-apply average 1.0" (+/- 1/8") depth polyurethane foam at roof surface. Apply 2 coats of elastomeric acrylic roof coating
